I found this confidence from Laura's class. At the end of the day, we are the ones that brought them into this world and WE decide what is best for them. Too MUCH information on what is BEST for our child. As new parents we are inundated with information. I needed help, and someone to simplify this task for me. What's the best way to cook the food? Steam, boil, bake, broil? Once it's cooked what do I combine it with? What if she hates it but I know she needs to try it? How much of what food group is she supposed to have? Ahhhh, my head was spinning with worry. But how? Before coming to Laura's class I knew that I didn't want to give my daughter jarred food, but I had no idea what I should prepare for her, or how. I made the sacrifice to breast feed my daughter for her first 6 months (and beyond), I want to keep giving her the best, superior nutrition I can.
